As an 8 year licensed Agent with a focus on first time-homebuyers, I knew that the new regulations bought on by the National Association of Realtors, would put future homeowners at a huge disadvantage when purchasing a home. I don’t believe that potential homeowners should have to come up with thousands more, on top of their down payment, just to pay for the PROCESS of buying a home.
After July of 2024, buyers are going to spend more time negotiating with Agents on how much commission they’ll expect, instead of looking for their next home. Even though it’s not desired by most realtors, I’m passionate about working with buyers because I love being apart of the newer greater chapter in their lives, owning a home.
